Precautions for operating a fish tank

1、 The power supply of the fish tank in the equipment room must be kept on for 24 hours. If there is a power outage, the maintenance party must be notified 24 hours in advance, or power outage measures and plans must be prepared. The power outage must not exceed 3 hours, otherwise the backup power supply must be activated.

2、 The normal lighting is an automatic timer switch (manual setting is required for initial use), and the lighting time is generally set to 8 hours per day. It is not allowed to switch on or off at will.

3、 Water replenishment: The fish tank is circulated through bottom filtration, so under normal circulation mode, due to the temperature difference between inside and outside and environmental factors, some of the water in the fish tank will evaporate and lose. Therefore, fresh water (tap water) needs to be replenished every few days. The filter water tank in the cabinet has high and low water levels, which can be added according to the instructions. (Personnel must not leave during water replenishment)

4、 Filter cleaning: On the first layer of white filter screen in the first grid of the filter water tank, it needs to be cleaned once a week after fish farming. After cleaning, it should be placed in place and replaced with new cotton every 45 days (rinse with clean water, no cleaning agents can be added)

5、 Protein separator cleaning: Protein separator (abbreviated as egg separator) is a specialized equipment for seawater. Its principle is to separate harmful substances through water and gas mixing, mainly decomposing harmful substances such as fish feces and ammonia nitrogen. Therefore, it is necessary to pour out the sewage in the garbage collection cup and clean the sewage collection cup before returning it to its original position.

6、 Except for professional maintenance personnel, no one is allowed to feed any feed to fish or add any substance to the fish tank.

7、 Do not tap the glass of the fish tank or engage in vigorous activities within a range of 0.5 meters from the tank (fish are timid, please do not startle)

8、 When cleaning the outside of the fish tank, attention should be paid not to spray cleaning agents into the tank. Acrylic tanks should not be cleaned with any chemical cleaning agents, hard towels should not be used for wiping, and hard objects should not be used for contact/cleaning.
